1. Need off-campus access to software? Use IUanyWARE

IU students have on-demand access to popular software via IUanyWARE. To get started, open Internet Explorer or Safari (after initial setup, you'll be able to use Firefox as well) and go to:

From there, you'll be prompted to install the Citrix Receiver. That's all there is to it! For more information, see:

2. Get tech support over Super Bowl weekend

Most of the IUPUI campus will shut down over Super Bowl weekend (Feb. 3-5), but tech support and services in the ICTC will be available through Saturday.

3. Faculty: You can still get assistance from the CTL

While the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) will close its physical space on Friday, Feb. 3 and Monday, Feb. 6, staff will telecommute so you have ongoing access to support.

Three staff members will be available on Friday, and four on Monday, to monitor email and phone requests. The CTL will also send out notices via our newsletter and web page, providing more details on the schedule adjustment and ways to contact staff.
