Elsevier Science & Technology Books joins IU eTexts initiative

IU announced an agreement with Elsevier's Science & Technology Books division to provide eTexts for students on all IU campuses.

IU announced an agreement with Elsevier's Science & Technology Books division to provide eTexts for students on all IU campuses.

"Elsevier has long been one of IU's largest content providers, and we are delighted to work with them in ways that reduce the costs of a great university education," said Brad Wheeler, IU vice president for information technology and chief information officer.

IU students will receive significant discounts on thousands of Elsevier eTexts.

"We're excited to be part of this new model for delivering Elsevier's cutting-edge content to students," said Suzanne BeDell, managing director, Elsevier Science & Technology Books. "Using the eTexts platform, Elsevier's foundational content will be delivered to students with the flexibility they demand and the analytics instructors need."
